How do I create a PiCare account?

What is Safe Capture (安心拍)?

Safe Capture allows you to quickly photograph medication bags, blood pressure monitors, or health documents. PiCare automatically recognizes and organizes the information.

What is PiAI?

PiAI provides AI-driven health suggestions based on your recorded data. The number of PiAI uses depends on your subscription plan.

Can I track health trends?

Yes, PiCare visualizes your health data into easy-to-understand charts to help you identify trends over time.

Subscriptions

What are the differences between Free, Family, and Pro plans?

The Free Plan offers basic features with limited storage and usage counts. Family and Pro Plans provide extended Safe Capture usage, PiAI access, cloud storage, and health report generation. See our Pricing Page for details.

How do I upgrade or cancel my subscription?

You can manage your subscription through your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately, and cancellations apply to the next billing cycle.

How do I reset my password?

PiCare uses Google authentication. Please reset your password via your Google account settings.

How do I delete my account?

If you wish to permanently delete your PiCare account and data, please contact support at support@picare.ai.
